The Pasig River is a body of water that you can find at the heart of Metro Manila. This river connects the Laguna de Bay into the Manila Bay. It has the approximate length of 25 Kilometers long and also divides Metro Manila into two. He made this action because of the issue on Spratly Islands. To further know more about him, Chip Tsao is a best-selling author and a columnist. BBC’s former reporter, his columns have also appeared in Apple Daily, Next Magazine and CUP Magazine and others. With the said news, Filipinos from all over the world started to throw words to the said person.

People are queuing just to get the 500 pesos subsidy that the government is giving out for the Meralco subscribers. This subsidy is only for the so called “lifeline consumers” or subscribers that are only consuming no more than 100 Kilowatt per hour.
