The battle on the boxing ring that the world awaits is finally over. It is the fight between the two humongous names in boxing history, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and Ricky “The Hitman” Hatton. Their fight is called as “The Battle of East and West.”
During the early days of his career, the Filipino-American Gary Ruiz was once a pharmacist. He graduated at Ohio State University (OSU) and took up Pharmacology. Both of his parents are Filipino by blood, his mother came from Legaspi and while his father is from Pangasinan.
Who is Francis Magalona? He is the first Filipino artist that launches the very first rap album in the Philippines on 1990 entitled “Yo!”, with the hit single “Mga Kababayan Ko”. I do love rap music but I only choose a few of it and top of that are Francis M’s compositions.
