No Expiration for Cell Phone Prepaid Loads

Published by: Eron of Talk Loud | Dated: 5th of June, 2008

Have you ever experience that you got too much load but you don’t usually use it that’s because you’re not a text addict and suddenly your load becomes empty due to that expiration date? That’s one of my experiences also.

DTI or Department of Trade and Industry is asking the largest telecommunication companies in our country and this includes Smart, Globe and Sun that they need to remove the expiration date of their prepaid load cards. DTI said that it is a violation to the consumer’s interest. Many unusable loads are been wasted because of these expirations.
