20% Discount on Public Vehicle Fares for Students

Vacation days are over for the students and classes will start on this month of June. A large number of students will surely take on public vehicles to go to their schools and government wanted to give them a 20% discount in all fares.

This is good news to all students, a 20% discount in all public vehicle fares are helpful for the budget of their allowance. Public vehicles including jeeps, taxis and buses must follow this rule because the government is serious about it. Violators of this rule will take out punishments up to three offenses.

  1. P1,000 for the first offense
  2. P3,000 for the second offense and…
  3. lastly the revocation of the franchise.

    discount should be given to students who basically have nothing!

    Yup I agree also to that… but they must be also fair to our senior citizens

    Yes it is tough for students to survive so any little savings I am sure helps.
