Paypal is the safest way for money transaction worldwide and that is not just my own opinion. If you have an online business you are always assure that your money will be sent securely.
Not just that, by using Paypal, Philippine users can now have the privilege to withdraw money to any Philippine banks nationwide. To setup, you just need to fill up a form inside the member’s area about your bank’s information.
Here’s the fee for the service offered by Paypal.
Free for P7,000.00 PHP or more, P50.00 PHP for P6,999.99 PHP or less to bank accounts in Philippines

1That isn’t free, because local banks here is taking some fees, more or less P200. I already tried it out and withdraw money using my BDO account, that’s why I knew.

3One thing that bothers me about paypal, is their customer service hotline. I don’t know if it’s just my luck, but I swear every time I call, I end up so frustrated with the reps and an issue that should take a couple minutes max to fix, ends up taking like 15 mins!
